Group 3: NACU section

GROUP 3: TQM( QUIZ) JAN. 30, 2012

    • GROUP 3 TQM CONCERNS

      1. FACILITY MANAGEMENT

      We have observed that the Facility management of ITHM has to develop discipline, satisfaction of the students within the management of supporting services.
      It is our hope that we will be able to make further contributions to the continuing discovery of new knowledge for FM in the future. And we would like to enhance the use of space in the future, deliver effective and responsive services, and develop the organisation’s culture and image.


      2. MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS

      We would like the students to attend more of communication patterns and social conventions. Because in our campus, it’s not always required but for us, professional meetings and conventions are scenic, fun and historic and/or we could have provide a safe, small and accessible convention facilities for students.


      3. HEALTH AND SAFETY RULES

      Health and Safety of the Students is very important. Students should have received proper training if uses equipment, tools, and machinery.This should ensure that the students feel confident in the use of machines and can operate without having accident or causing accident to other people. Because Required skills are learned through experience. 

      Employees/Students of the campus should be responsible for reporting to their Supervisor and First Aid (Health Services) whenever they become sick or injured at campus. 

      Health and safety inspection of all campus facilities should be conducted regularly. And each accident must identify the cause and corrective actions necessary to prevent similar accidents from recurring. All investigations shall be documented and kept on file for at least one year to keep employees and students from any harm.

  1. Malaca, Judy will keep the copies of the paper.
  2. Sean Castronuevo will check the attendance and will also keep the extra copy.
  3. Lucero, Rapahael will do the printing job.
  4. Panganiban, Charis will be the one to collect the contributions and for the penalty.
  5. Magallanes, Debbie will update the activities of the group on Tumblr.
  6. Nacino,Aira will check the papers to be pass.
  • GROUP POLICIES

1.) Members who will not atted the group meetings will be asked to pay P 50.00 for the group fund.

2.) Group leader will have a grading system which starts at 100% and minus 5 for every unfinished task.

3.) Every members should study the papers and know every topics that has been discussed.

4.) Meeting place will be at FEU pavillion.

5.) Unfinished works or task by a member will cost P 50.00.
